Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. For this reason, we respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours' advanced notice for all cancellations & reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours of your service, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full value. Any groups of 6 or more, will require a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice for all cancellations, changes, and rescheduling.
All appointments require a 100% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Deposits will be fully refunded if canceled outside the 24-hour window.
Canceling overnight Spa Packages would incur the room cancellation policy also. Any spa service appointment made within the 24-hour cancellation window will be non-cancellable and non-refundable and your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the Spa within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any items that have been opened. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
